International Shipping, Customs Regulations, and You!

Bad Dragon ships our products all over the world, but orders that leave the United States are required to comply with all international shipping regulations. Below are the most important things international customers need to keep in mind!

 


 

  • We require your legal name where you receive mail to be able to ship your order. Failure to provide this information may result in your package being refused for delivery by the shipping provider. 
    • In the event of a refused delivery, we can attempt to re-send the package, but we will assess an additional shipping fee. If you do not wish the package to be returned, we can refund you the full cost of the order minus the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
  • We also require your legal name for billing information upon purchase. Failure to provide this information may result in your order being cancelled in the event we are not able to verify your identity. 
  • Bad Dragon does its best to protect the privacy and security of our customers. If we believe that your account may have been compromised due to fraudulent names being used for purchases, your account may be locked until we are able to verify your identity.
  • We use FedEx (Federal Express) and UPS (United Parcel Services) as our international couriers. We're unable to ship internationally using any other courier at this time, and cannot make exceptions.
  • In compliance with customs mandates, our company name may be visible on the customs declaration form attached to the outside of your package.

  • We cannot falsify customs documents under any circumstance. This includes (but is not limited to) declaring orders as gifts, marking them at lower cost than they are valued, or misrepresenting our product in order to incur lesser customs fees.

    • Our toys are declared as "silicone sculptures."

    • Our cumlube is declared as "personal lubricant."

    • Other goods (accessories, t-shirts, lanyards, etc.) are declared as "merchandise."

  • Many countries levy customs duties or taxes for packages coming from outside the country. These fees are outside of our control, and are not included in the shipping charges or cost of your order. You may contact your local Customs Office for more information on what kind of fees to accept.

    • Bad Dragon is not responsible for any customs fees or duty taxes incurred due to import regulations.

  • Generally, FedEx or UPS will send you an invoice for the cost of customs clearance of your package (including their processing fee) after they deliver it, compared to other carriers which require you to pay customs duty before releasing your package to you. This can vary from country to country, so please check with your courier or Customs office for more information if you have questions about the Customs process before you order! 

  • If you have an account set up with FedEx, you can send us a request via our ticket system to have your account number written on the box. FedEx will charge any customs fees to your account, which can make the entire shipping process easier!

  • If you have a UPS MyChoice account, you can use the tools on their website to customize your delivery! Please visit http://www.ups.com/mychoice/ for more information on available services, or to sign up for an account.
  • Certain countries require specific licenses in order to import certain types of items, including ones that we sell.

    • Bad Dragon is not responsible for lost or destroyed packages in the event that an order cannot be delivered due to licensing issues.

    • Make sure you are able to legally accept delivery of our products before making your purchase.

  • Depending on the country, some shipping delays may be inevitable. We have little to no way of predicting these delays; be prepared to handle anything that comes up!

  


  

  • Some countries' customs will not accept our goods at all, or will take the opportunity to abuse or otherwise mistreat the package. We do not ship to the following countries for one or more of these reasons: 


 

A note to our customers in Italy:

  • We are unable to ship any orders containing cumlube or syringes to your country. Any orders that include a toy with the cumtube feature will not have the complimentary syringe or bottle of cumlube included. We are unable to offer a replacement incentive for these complimentary items.

  • Orders containing extra bottles of cumlube or syringes will be sent without these items included. You will receive a refund for purchased items that we cannot ship to your country.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for customs-related issues you may encounter as a result of having your order shipped to Italy. Contact Italian Customs for more information before placing your order!

 


 

A note to our customers in Mexico:

  • Adult toys and merchandise shipped to Mexico may require additional documentation from you, or be subject to specific customs regulations in that country.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for customs-related issues you may encounter as a result of having your order shipped to Mexico. Contact Mexican Customs for more information before placing your order!

 


 

A note to our customers in Spain:

  • We are unable to ship any orders containing cumlube or syringes to your country. Any orders that include a toy with the cumtube feature will not have the complimentary syringe or bottle of cumlube included. We are unable to offer a replacement incentive for these complimentary items.

  • Orders containing extra bottles of cumlube or syringes will be sent without these items included. You will receive a refund for purchased items that we cannot ship to your country.

We value your privacy!

If you’re concerned about our packaging, there’s no need to worry! We take measures with every order that ensure privacy and discretion for our customers.

  • All of our products are shipped in unmarked, recyclable, brown cardboard boxes.

  • Unless required by international customs regulations, our company name and logo is not displayed in any way on the box itself. 

  • We place an individual's name within the return address ("Jan Mulders") instead of the name of our company.

  • We seal our toys and accessories in a protective plastic bag before they’re wrapped in tissue paper and packaged with biodegradable packing peanuts.
