What do I do if an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect?

If you've received your order and you think there might be something wrong, we are here to help! Please don't open the sealed bag your product came in - contact us first and let us know what's up!

 


 

If you have a problem, you can make the process a little easier by following the steps below.

  • Make sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for missing items, missing or incorrect features, or incorrect colors! We reserve the right to refuse support for these issues outside of the disclosed two-week window.

  • Submit a ticket under "Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items."

  • Please give us your order number! If you're unable to locate your order number, information such as your email address or address the order was shipped to may help us locate it in our system.

  • Include a brief written summary of the problem.

    • For example: "I received my toy, but it is missing the cumtube I ordered."

  • Sending pictures will help us better understand the problem! Here are pictures that are the most helpful to us:

    • A picture of the white label on the sealed bag.

    • A picture of the order invoice showing the details of your toy

    • A picture of the entire toy

    • A picture of the problem.

      • As in the above example, a picture of the base showing that there is no cumtube.

  


  

"What about _?"

There are some things we unfortunately are not able to assist with, which include but are not limited to the following:

  • We are unable to permit returns or exchanges for issues including (but not limited to):

    • Sizing concerns (a toy is too large or too small)

    • Buyer’s remorse 

    • No longer wanted/needed

  • We are unable to replace toys that are lost, stolen, or damaged through negligence after receipt.

  • We are unable to permit returns or exchanges of general merchandise.

 


 

Important things to know:

  • We are unable to accept returns without prior authorization through the ticket system! Make sure to contact us and receive authorization before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns are subject to disposal without refund by Bad Dragon.

  • In the interest of safety and the well-being of our staff, we require that any product being returned to us arrives thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. To protect the health of our employees, Bad Dragon reserves the right to safely dispose of any returned product or packaging that can be considered hazardous.

    • In the event that a returned product is rejected or disposed of for health or safety reasons, our company also reserves the right to deny any coverage for that product.

  • In returning your toy, you certify that you understand and agree to these terms; furthermore, you acknowledge that you are forfeiting all rights and privileges to the returned product.
