Changing Your Shipping or Billing Address for Future Orders

Have you moved recently? Do you need to update your billing information for a future order? Here are the steps you can follow to update your billing and shipping information through your account settings!

PLEASE NOTE that these steps will not update the information for orders that have already been placed! If you need help with an address change for an active order that hasn't been shipped, just contact us and we can assist you with the needed changes.



First, remove the incorrect address from your address book.

  1. Sign in to your account using your email address and main site password.
    • Don’t forget that our main website and ticket system use two separate logins!
  2. Navigate to “My Account” in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  3. Under “Account management,” click on “Manage your address book.
  4. Remove the address you need to update by clicking “Remove this address.”
    • You’ll be prompted to confirm that you want to delete the address - click “OK” to remove it.



 You’re ready to set your new address!

  • When entering your address, please only use alphanumeric characters (A-Z and 0-9) - our system will not recognize accented characters or pictographs of any kind.
    • The “Type” field will let you choose between Shipping or Billing address.
    • “Title” is so our courier knows who the package is being delivered to.
    • First Name and Last Name are self-explanatory! Your legal name that you receive mail or packages goes in these fields.
      • If you don’t provide accurate information, your package may not be able to be delivered!
    • The “Company name” field is optional, and is typically only used if you are having a package delivered to a business.
    • Address line 1 is typically your house number and street name.
    • Address line 2 is typically an apartment or suite number (when applicable).
    • City is self-explanatory: it’s the city you live in.
    • Country is also self-explanatory, it's the country you live in. You’ll need to select yours from the drop-down menu. Commonly chosen countries are listed at the top!
    • State, province, or region may or may not be required depending on what country you live in.
    • Zip or postal code is the series of numbers (and sometimes letters!) that tells our shipping couriers exactly what part of your country you live in.
    • Phone number is where you can be reached if (and only if) our courier needs to reach you about a problem with your package.
      • If you don’t provide accurate information, your package may not be able to be delivered!
